Its main business is to manufacture integrated circuit chips for clients based on integrated circuit design of the clients themselves or third parties. SMIC is a purely commercial integrated circuit foundry, offering process design and manufacturing services ranging from 0.35mu to 28nm. Process of medium transport, washing and processing composed of GF ultrapure pipeline, valve and automation product is an indispensable component to chip making.
