中国科学院微电子研究所 IMCA

中国科学院微电子研究所的前身原中国科学院 109 厂成立于1958 年，1986 年中国科学院半导体研究所微电子学部加入，合并为中国科学院微电子中心，2003 年 9 月正式更名为中国科学院微电子研究所。微电子研究所是一所专门从事微电子领域研究与开发的国立研究机构，是中国科学院微电子技术总体和中国科学院 EDA 中心的依托单位。

The Institute of Microelectronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMCA) was established in 1958 as the CAS No. 109 Semiconductor Factory. In 1986, Microelectronics Department, Institute of Semiconductors, CAS joined the CAS No. 109 Semiconductor Factory which was consolidated as Microelectronics Center of CAS. In September, 2003, it was officially renamed as IMCA. IMCA is a state-run research institute specialized in microelectronics and a supporting institution to microelectronic technology of the CAS and EDA Center of CAS.
